Going ANYwhere with a baby can feel impossible! It takes twice as long to gather all of the “necessities” to accommodate Baby. But you can’t let that stop you! If you like going to the beach as much as I do, here are some tips and gear to make your beach day a success every time!
The first thing every family needs is a good stroller. In my eyes there is no stroller that can compete with the Bob Revolution SE stroller! The SE model is a must because it has the plastic spokes as opposed to the wire spokes which can rust and break! We load an unbelievable amount of gear onto this thing. As everyone knows babies need a lot of stuff and with the Bob you can have it all with you at the beach! This is hands down the best stroller for the beach!
Lotus Everywhere Crib by Guava
I absolutely love this travel crib! We were a bit hesitant to throw down yet another few hundred dollars but it has been absolutely worth it. We take it to the beach, camping, parties, and are getting our money’s worth! Here is the description off of their website! Click the link above to buy one for yourself.
Light Speed has many different styles of tent that will accommodate you and your little one. We have found the side windows for ventilation to be a key feature as well as the front extension. We have seen other models that have a string that you pull to open the tent and lock the top. This makes it easier to pop up. Other wise I’d say the model shown above is perfect for us.
Folding Blanket from Bed Bath and Beyond
It is the striped blanket pictured above. It folds in on itself and has a handy little strap. The best part is how easy it is to get the sand off of, and clean up the baby spit up!

Storage Bin
Any type of storage bin will do. You can fill it with ocean water, set it in the sun to warm up, and then let the littles splash splash away! Great way to keep Baby cool and loving the water!
And here I am with my fully loaded Bob Stroller

You can see the Light Speed Tent under the stroller and the Lotus Everywhere Crib by Guava on my back!
